I just started tracking my fitness routine using my Personal Wellness Tracking Program provided through my Rotary Club [everyone invited to use].
I recently had a hernia operation and have not been able to do my normal Pilates mat routine ? so my exercise quotient is a very low level.
The Personal Wellness Tracking program [signup at www.RotaryWellness.info -- and you can select your own group -- non Rotary fine] gives you a way to track various aspects of a personal wellness program.
In my own case, lack of exercise has lowered my scanner score and I should see a gradual return to my prior level as my body starts responding the my resumption of my exercise program.
And, the tracking program will help me document the whole recovery back to my former level.
